Maintenance Services
Our new Maintenance Services can handle any of your cabin or condo needs.  From electrical to plumbing we can do it all.  The work is performed by us so you can trust that it will be in a fast and professional manner with attention to quality.
All of our work is performed at a rate of Forty Dollars ($40) per hour for labor unless it is a bid job.  Types of bid jobs are listed below.  A bid job may require several HOA Group employees and equipment.  Also below are hourly work we can perform.   

Electrical
You may need an extra electrical receptacle, switch or that old light fixture replaced.  You may be having a wiring issue or a breaker that keeps tripping. A faulty electrical receptacle in a solid wood home such as a log cabin can be very dangerous. Whether you need a ceiling fan hung or a heating element replaced we can do it all. 
Plumbing
Many owners do not realize how much a faulty toilet cost them in water usage and a constant leak can be very damaging to your flooring, walls and ceiling not to mention the mold and moisture damage. If you have that leak that is driving you crazy or need your toilet fixed we can get the job done fast. We also have the equipment to unclog the toughest of drains.
Carpentry
Railings and deck board are if not repaired or replaced often can be a very serious obstacle to all of your guest. We can assure your decks are safe, level and ready for vacationers. If you have trim that needs repaired or doors and window not closing properly we can help you out. Many Log homes lack the proper caulking which can hinder your power bill. You would be amazed at the amount of heat and cool air escaping from uncaulked walls, door and windows. Let us help you save money on your power bills.
Hot Tubs
Your hot tub is a vital part of your rental or vacation property.  Let us repair and maintain your hot tub so you may enjoy it worry free.
Maintenance Service Agreement
Below is our Maintenance Service Agreement.  It reflects a monthly service that inspects your property and completes home inspections and assist with preventative maintenance.
